Spruce twigs are cut from fir/spruce trees using the survival skill using the cut twigs or branches command. Each cutting session lasts about 10 minutes and produces 10-20 twigs. Having a cutting weapon, like a knife, speeds up cutting.
Twigs are used for
- Making a shelter (20 needed)
- Building a fire (tested 3.20.2)
In updates prior to version 3.15b twigs could be used to replace branches in trap pits or spiked trap pits.
